PHP Resource: Access resources like files with a given path

This package can access resources like files with a given path.

It can take a string as a parameter that defines the resource accessed.

The package also can perform several types of operations on the given resource like:

- Open the resource using a given mode and context parameters

- Check if the resource type is FIFO, character stream, directory, block stream, file, link, connection socket, terminal, or some other unknown type

- Read data from the resource

- Write data to the resource
